Very beginner friendly in my opinion. For those of you who think it's too hard, you can easily give feedback about it's difficulty and the system will automatically make it easier (or.. you just lack the motivation). I'm not very athletic myself and I still find this quite engaging, challenging, and fun.

The exersise is great, and it works, though perhaps not exactly what the pictures show. Frankly l'm more than satisfied. Its compleatly free and It is definitely worth it.

There's no option to synchronize with Google fit anymore, in the settings menu. It will make sense to bring it back.

This helps in such a way with the text and the animation also helps us to do it more efficiently and it helps to get biceps,triceps in an easy way.

It's a great app. I'm on day 8 and I had to go to the bathroom so I pressed pause and when I came back and finished it said I had only worked out for 10 minutes. So I'm sad cause it says I didn't do nothing for the day.

This is very useful app you can also try it when you don't go to gym after. Doing exercise i feel like I am in gym and tired

It's a really good app if you are a martial artist or you are training anything handball or anything it's good if you wane train your muscles on the side for me as someone who trains martial arts for more than a year it's the best app I have also used this app before training martial arts I would definitely recommend

Arm Workout & Home Workout - Both apps really helped me to get into a good physique. Everyone should download the Home Workout and start getting into a good physique at earliest.

I'm really impressed with the graphics. The workouts are also very much effective. And I have noticed that it doesn't have ads like other apps. Try it, it's a nice app. I'm done with the beginer plan and I've seen a change in my arms.

I do this because sometimes my arms feel weak. The arm workout helps, the pain is good and I feel better.
