Normally i would start workouts and just never finish them due to excerssive heavy load and how excruiting it may be. But thanks to this app i don't need worry about no excessive workout just the needed posture and a very user friendly interface. Love this app and would recommended to much more people those in need of a miracle as this app does perform. 10 outta 10 no minus.

Not an exercise person but this app always motivates me to keep going a few years back i used this app to loss weight wich i did after my resultes i had uninstald it but now just instald it agin i love it because you can use this at home during your free time it has ver usefull excercises and its pretty fun 🥰

Normally I hate workouts, but these you can do at your own intensity, you can make it harder for yourself or just follow along with no additional weights or anything for an easier workout! Love, love, love this app!!!!

This app is really good it gives exactly what you are looking for🔥. it has ads but they aren't that annoying for me but I really wish they could remove the ads ⛔️

I do have my own fitness trainer now.. she's really good at her job, trains perfectly and very easy to follow. She's this awesome app on my phone now! I'm over joyed.

this app is the best it's got all the faces for beginners intermediate and prose it's the best it gives you an encouragement after every exercise I like that very much cause it keeps me going

The advance course is giving me a workout where I sweat and feel my muscles working without pain the next day. Great in treating my chronic lower back pain.
