I'd like greater ability to select or deselect certain toppings, condiments, and dressings (on salads), but overall, I'm very satisfied with the app..! Firehouse Subs is the only sandwich shop we patronize..! The food is ALWAYS very good..!!!

The app has gone through some iterations and upgrades over the last few years, but it has remained effective at its purpose. There is a. menu bug where you can't change it to the combo after selecting, but that was a redo from fixing. Additionally, when building your own sub, an apparent option to heat it or not would be appropriate. Other than that, app is fast, functional, and convenient. Good job, FH devs!

The app is amazing It's very easy to navigate and I love the options and I can see my rewards when I get them I could see what I've earned I can order ahead of time I enjoy it

I really enjoy using the Firehouse Subs app. It's easy, and you're able to customize your order, getting the ingredients you want on your sub. It's quick and you earn rewards for free food. Get your order in and pick it up asap if you want it fast or at a later time you choose. The Fox 🦊

So easy to use. They're not afraid to give you the price on everything up front. If you try to order larger quantities at other stores they will not give you totals or prices until you place the order. My go to for company lunch.

Of all the sub shops we have in Grand Blanc (and we have too many!) Firehouse Subs is my FAVORITE! They win! I like their app and points system, too. Nice to get a free sub after so many points! My absolute favorite!

Always great food, extremely easy to navigate through app and customize your order, no up-charge on making your drink a Lrg one and LOVE the bonus rewards that come with it... and it's all for a good cause..? What's not to love about it? Great job, overall! I always try to give a little something extra for the FF support fund at checkout too... We absolutely love Firehouse Subs, and enjoy the simplicity of modifying our favorites to our liking! Being able to save them to a favorites list is super rad! Keep up the great work guys! BTW, the new BBQ Cuban sub is 🔥 lol
