My absolute favorite meditation app. I've had it for years. I love that it is backed by science. I love being able to choose the speaker, the length of the mindfulness and meditation practices, as well as if it will be used while active or still. Versatile and totally free. I recommend it to everyone, including my massage and coaching clients.

I've only been using this a few days, but so far I'm really impressed and am enjoying my user experience. I haven't been pushed to pay or had ads shoved at me, which has been a pleasant surprise (although there is an obvious spot for donations if you choose, it just doesn't pop onto the screen ever which I appreciate). The reader has a very pleasant voice as well, which makes me more excited to use the app.

It's a simple and straightforward app. Looked at some of the other apps like calm and head space and I'm almost overwhelmed by how many options there are. Not great for a person that already feels like they've got a cluttered mind. It's amazing that this is free. Having the option to do active or resting meditation is also great. Backed by science and not trying to make money off of me. More of that please!

Fantastic app. Great guided meditations geared for both sitting and active meditation, a well organized and easy to follow learning path, and all completely free. Best meditation app I have ever used and I've tried many different ones. I have been meditating for years but never found a program as straight forward and useful for everyday life as this one. It's simple and to the point and really helps cultivate mindfulness in everyday life.

Very user-friendly. No adds. This program has changed the way I see myself and the world we live in. Appreciation is overflowing from my heart for the research and work that went into this app. It's one of the best things the 21st Century has to offer. This is a digital rabbit hole for everyone.

This app is the best!!! If you have ever thought about meditation or have recently started but want to know more than this is for you. And it's not a trick, it's all free and it's amazing!! I'm learning so much as it guides you through learning and practicing episodes. Love it so far!!

The scientific background provides an excellent perspective. Using meditation as a starting point, the users life experience can be greatly improved in connecting to people and the world around us.

Best app for mindfulness ever! I used many, but here I finished a full journey of over 200 meditations (for free, and it was very impactful), and they have many other specific medications.
