I absolutely recommend Hinge Health to everyone. The app is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. The coaches listen, provide helpful advice, and truly seem to care about their clients. I have had chronic back pain for 4 years and this program has provided the most relief, even over in person physical therapy. When I keep up with the program daily, I feel almost normal again.

This program, the app, my health coach, Cali, my physical therapist, Maggie, absolutely incredible! I have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. I have tried all the meds, even the biologics, gone to a PT, etc.... this program has by far been THE BEST! I don't take the hard meds anymore. A thousand thumbs up to Cali, who is my encourager. She is amazing, patient, kind, caring and has helped me to see that I truly can be present with my husband and kids despite the autoimmune disease.

This is amazing. I've done physical therapy before and this app sets you up with therapists that actually listen to you. I thought the messages I was getting were from sort of AI thing, but it's real people! I stopped physical therapy because it was too time consuming, driving back and forth. I love that I can do my therapy at home, when I want.

This is one of the best designed apps I have encountered period not just in its category but over all categories. The tech support was very quick to respond and fixed the issue I was having. The instructions for the exercises are clear and all audio based and there is a really good video for each exercise that demonstrates the correct way to do it. There are many other useful features too.

I've been using Hinge Health for 5 months now. I love the progression of the exercises and having access to a health coach and a PT. I have seen amazing results in my strength and mobility. After the first 3 weeks I opted to exercise without the sensors. Sometimes they wouldn't connect or wouldn't calibrate correctly. Admittedly, I didn't contact HH for help with them... it's just easier to exercise without. Cheers!

Doing this for hip pain I've had for 10 years. It starts off really light and targeted. Exactly what I needed for my fear and loss of muscle. Therapists are very responsive to my needs of more, less, or different movement. Lots of free items to help. Movements also change frequently so after a month I've yet to get bored. Noticing significant differences in my ability to walk even though I'm still far from healed yet.

I give this app a definite five and highly recommend it, as it has really helped with my back pain over the past few years. Aside from the course, I am very disappointed that they removed the groups. Having the support of others going through the program was much more effective than what I'm getting out of the coaches and therapists. I also am not a big fan of the new program. It takes much longer to get through the session than before.

The exercises are simple and easy to follow, the advice is very professional, and the program is well designed. I like the combination of exercise, education, professional support, and encouragement. You are assigned a certified physical therapist and a coach to help and encourage you through a customized program designed to reduce pain and increase movement while teaching useful skills to maintain your gains. Very good program.

Getting back to basics. Sport athletes often find themselves mentally out of shape and must get back to basics while same is true for your physical health. We follow a routine from the beginning and we evolve over time but we forget that we started at the rudimentary level. Sometimes we all need to go back to basics to get back into a physical and mental reconditioning and that's what I suggest doing with the help of Hinge. Reconditioning by getting back to basics and starting afresh.

Today my tablet's battery had no power😪 so I used the Hinge Health app on my smartphone. It was AWESOME!! I was able to use my electronic connectors so that my movements might be recorded. Since I don't always have to use my tablet, I will be able to do workouts outside of my home. This is so Liberating to me. If you have not experienced using the app on your phone, I strongly suggest you give it one chance. I did not experienced any hiccups with the app. Let me know about your experience.
