a great app to get you where you need. the sheer amount of options makes sure you have everything at your fingertips to acquire your goals for both beginners and advanced lifters alike. at any skill level it has an option, and alternatively can swap up moves if you are find certain moves a bit too much, or not enough. definitely a must have!

I was a bit of a critic, when I first started using the app, but the updates have greatly improved the performance. I really like the ability to change the sequence of the workout, as stains are not always available when not at home. Only request for upgrade would be to have it save edits to the next workout if I leave the page. Great guide to an effective weekly routine.

At my age, having a custom exercise plan is essential, so taking the provided survey gave me what I needed to get started/keep going. The STRENGTH exercises, which I complete at home, are just about right for my beginning status, even though some are definitely challenging. The Senior Challenge exercise are rigorous, by comparison, and the provided animated character is clearly in better physical shape than I am (currently). I often have to use Rest periods to prepare for the next exercise.

I have been using the app for about a month, and I like it. Easy to use. There is no long learning curve. Workouts are well demonstrated and adjustable to your current level. My only "wish" is it would bring in my step count from my Garmin watch. I do not always have my phone on me so the step count is usually off by 20% or so.

I love the options that are given and the food ideas to help in your journey to achieve your goal.. weight loss or muscle gain they have you covered.. since March I've been on a journey to loss weight and get back in shape. my start was at 305lbs at 6'5" and I'm now at 228lbs and still losing.. my goal is 215lbs, while I also workout to get my self in shape because I have 7 kiddos I love dearly and want to be around for a long time with.. Most apps give me workouts I either can't do because my gym doesn't have the needed equipment, or I simply don't like doing. This app lets you put in all the equipment your gym has, and if you don't like a workout they give you alternatives. Super easy and convenient. 💯

this is a fantastic app! I have always struggled to start working out, mostly because I have no idea what to do and dont like gyms and can't afford a trainer....this app fixed all of that!! it's easy to use, informative, and sets a realistic plan.
